Shipping policy

Turn around time for apparel items is up to 3 weeks, but we ship as quickly as we can. These items are handmade to order so we need a little time to make them perfect for you! If you have a fashion emergency, email us at jamie@iloveheartbeat.com and we will see if we can get your order out when you need it! You will be provided with an estimated timeframe for your order to ship, which starts once your invoice is paid. We will keep in touch with you about the status of your order, but feel free to contact us anytime to check-in!

Most mask orders are being filled and shipped the same day or the next business day. We always ship as quickly as possible however due to demand it can take up to three business days. 

Right now we only ship through the USPS. We offer first-class and priority shipping choices. We recommend you choose priority shipping as it's faster and it provides insurance.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation for your order within 3 business days for masks or by the estimated date we provide you for apparel, please check your email. We may have had a question about your order and emailed you if you didn't provide a phone number! Please check your spam mailbox as well!
