Returns and exchanges are available for apparel items in standard sizes that have not been worn and are unwashed. For custom items, please email jamie@iloveheartbeat ro discuss any issues with fit.

Please quadruple check your measurements! If you aren’t confident about measuring, we do offer video chat consultations to assist in guiding you in getting the proper measurements, please email jamie@iloveheartbeat.com to make an appointment. 

Currently, due to covid19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on masks. If you have an issue with fit or anything else, please email us at Jamie@iloveheartbeat.com so we can help make it right for you.
